He was predeceased by: his father Frank Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Perkins Burdick; his daughter Leah Moose (Anthony Moose); his granddaughters, Ember and Hali Moose; his siblings, Terri Lancaster (Jimmy Lancaster), Donny Morris (Joanna Morris) and Mike Wert (Wendy White); his nephews, Jacob Morris (Erin Savage) and Cooper Morris; and his great-nephew Dasan Morris.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Swiss Hall (4605 Brookfield Ave, Tillamook, OR 97141).
