He was predeceased by: his parents, Bub Boquist and Dolly Boquist. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his siblings, Tom, Dan, Kathy, Susan (Dennis) and Vicki (John); his sons, Mike, Geoff and Jake; his niece Kristen; and his grandchildren, Payton, McKenna, Lloyd, Ava and Oliver Stephen. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, aunts and cousins.
