She was predeceased by: her mother Tamara Vandermay. She is survived by: her husband Ken; her sons, Steven Pugh (Crystal) of La Pine, Daniel Pugh (Nikki) of Raleigh and Jake Pugh (Cheyanne) of Tillamook; her father Larry Vandermay (Vicki) of Olga; her brother John Vandermay (Peggy) of Tillamook; and her grandsons, Kyron and Lucas. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the local 4-H Youth Livestock Program (2204 4th St Tillamook, OR, 97141).
