She is survived by: her brother Steve Kayser (Gloria) of Oregon City, OR.; her sons, Chris Mayfield (Rebecka) of Florence, OR., Mathew Mayfield of Seaside, OR. and Jessee Mayfield (Alice) of Pittsburgh, PA; and her grandchildren, Maxwell, Sullivan, Beckett and Piper.
