It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Stephens (Tillamook, Oregon), who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, August Schollmeyer and Eva Schollmeyer of Nehalem, Oregon.; her granddaughters, Dianna Plotts (Nick) and Breanna Stephens; her great grandchildren, Landon and Emma Plotts; her son Mark Stephens (Sheila Zentz Stephens); her granddaughters, Kelsie Weir (Tim) and Rae Fern; and her great grandchild Ellory Weir.
