With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nan Patricia Kellow Smelcer (Tillamook, Oregon), who passed away on February 23, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Armond C. Matheny and Vera Belle Matheny (Wilson); her brother Collin Robert Matheny Sr.; her husband Howard L. Kellow; her stepsons, Douglas Howard Kellow and Donald Armond Kellow; and her grandchildren, Mathew, Connie and Erin.

She survived "Covid", but was left in a very weakened state, by her bout.
