It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Yvonne Noegel (Tillamook, Oregon), who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her sons, Rick of Mission Viejo and Brian of Lynchburg, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Eric, David, Anthony and Alyssa; and also, Sienna and Chase.

In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made towards Meals on Wheels.
