He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Smith and George H. Madsen. He is survived by: his wife Bona Madsen; and his children, Donna Finnell (Jon Finnell), Barbara Coleman, Linda Scovel (Rick Scovel) and George H. Madsen (Deanna Brunson).
