She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Leota Smith (Lewis); her former husband Preceding; her siblings, Leo Smith and Josephine Kinkade; and her grandson Kenneth Leeper Hollett.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Hollett; her close friend Kathryn; and her children, David Hollett of Burns, OR, Susan Hertel (Steve) of Fresno, CA, Nancy Paulsen (Loren) of Salem, OR, Lola Martindale (Ed) of Tillamook, OR and Leo Hollett of Tillamook, OR. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Shriners, Tillamook Education Foundation or Hospice.
