She is survived by: her children, Jim Phillips (Cathy) of Lebanon, Dan Phillips (Cindy) of Tillamook and Sue Meyer (Joe) of Tillamook; her grandchildren, Fred Phillips (Wendy), Sarah Curran (Gaylon), Michael Phillips (April), Megan Lofton (Michael), Heather Phillips, Jacob Phillips (Beth), Joshua Phillips, Trever Phillips, Joe Meyer and Trent Meyer (Erin); her great grandchildren, Grace of Vance, LJ, Lana, Syian, Eva, Livia, Jaxon, Naomi, Claire, Lauren, Rachel, Branden, Abigail and Madelyn; and her sister-in-law June Phillips. She is also survived by Sisters; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
