He was predeceased by: his brothers, Rick, Ron and Lee. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Golston; his brother Cliff Moeller; his children, Janet Moeller (Nick Spragg) and Matthew Moeller (Jacquiline); and his granddaughters, Jasmine and Kristin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Northwest District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod in Tom's memory.
