We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2021, at the age of 56, Theodore Chiari (Tigard, Oregon), born in Endicott, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Chiari. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Chiari (Miller); his wife Michelle Xie; his children, Isabella and Dominic; and his siblings, Tom Chiari of Braintree, MA, Bill Chiari of South Hero, VT and Amy Johnston of Arlington, MA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
