She is survived by: her husband George Packard; her daughters, Melissa Packard Koons (Dave) and Lori Packard Cronk (Mike); her grandchildren, Anthony Smith (Whitney), Ashley Smith, Rachel Thomas (Justin), Megan Kruse (Erick) and Courtney Tanner (Dejuan); her great grandchildren, Sophia Kruse, Charleston Thomas, Eli Kruse, Kaden Thomas, Zariah Tanner, Easton Kruse and Kennan Smith; and her sister Yvonne Cohen.
