With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman F. Clark of Tigard, Oregon, who passed away on March 14, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marian Clark and William Clark; his wife Barbro; his daughters, Candace Carsh (Kevin) and Cindi Jones (Bob); his grandchildren, Alexander, Austin, Haley and Hunter; and his siblings, Forrest Simmons, Lee Simmons (Paula), Verne Simmons (Carol) and Becky Robinson (Jim). He was also cherished by Many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
