He is survived by: his sons, John Scott and Mark Thurston; his grandchildren, Ben Cramer, Nate Cramer, Heidi Lang, Molly Healey, Nick Cramer, Kyle Cramer and Kevin Cramer; and his great grandchildren, River Cramer, Owen and Luke Healey.
