She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Simmons and Ruth Simmons (Norton); her former husband O. Erven Lodeen; and her husband Ralph W. Williamson. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Lodeen, Karin Nealon (Lodeen) and Darcy Bain (Lodeen); her grandchildren, Brendon Bain, Kaley Lodeen, Jacob Lodeen, Joseph Nealon and Jack Nealon; and her great grandchild Kyla Bain.

Meredith chose the St. Anthony Catholic School, Shriners Hospital and the Hazeldon Betty Ford Center in Newberg, Oregon for donations in her memory.
