He was predeceased by: his parents, Estes Lewis and Ruth Lewis (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Betty Arnell Lewis of Tigard, OR; his brother Jeff Lewis of Chicago, IL; and his children, Stacy Lewis (Tami) of Front Royal, VA, Torrey Lewis (Mindy) of Hillsboro, OR and Krista Hamrick (Scott) of Gilbertsville, PA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
