Blackwell (Tigard, Oregon), born in Pacific Grove, California, who passed away on November 11, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Joan; and his children, Marc (Cyn), Gay, Jay (Traci) and Holly. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
