He was predeceased by: his wife Oksana Kulyk; his parents, Michael Kulyk and Palagia Kulyk; and his brother Zenon Kulyk. He is survived by: his children, Zenon Kulyk, Adriana Ferrero (Robert) and Lila Orencia (Ben); and his grandchildren, Zenon Kulyk, Kyle, Nick Ferrero, Evan and Cameron Orencia.
