It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Emanoil Seicean (Tigard, Oregon), who passed away on August 23, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Constantin Seicean and Ana Seicean; his children, Ligia Emanuela and Valentin Corneliu; and his wife Cornelia. He was also cherished by three children, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

With their personal funds as well as donations from the church, they help send hundreds of parcels with food and clothes in Romania.
