She is survived by: her husband Larry; and her children, Edward Scott Scroggs of Portland, OR, Tracey Lawrence Scroggs of King City, OR, Julie Jo Simnitt of Portland, OR and Zachary Keene Scroggs of Mosier, OR. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
