She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bentz and Virginia Bentz; and her siblings, Peggy Bentz and Don Bentz. She is survived by: her husband Kirk Smith of Tigard, OR; her sons, Ryan Smith (Jenna) of Tigard, OR and Craig Smith (Sami) of Beaverton, OR; her sister Darlene Stanley of Renton, WA; and her grandchildren, Trevor, Ashley and Mallorie. She is also survived by seven nephews and four nieces.
