It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celia Marie Butcher (Tigard, Oregon), born in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ferdinand W. Gough and Marie K. Gough; her husband David Conrad Butcher; and her children, Susan, Dan Butcher (Sylvia) of Salem, Sue Carver (Bill) of Tigard and Liz Malliris of Newberg. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
