“Dear Susie’s family. Words cannot express the sorrow I feel at the sudden departure of your dear person. I loved her and appreciated her very much. Always a radiant smile and happy conversation; always caring about me and about my grandson, Uriah, and taking the time to greet us! Uriah loved chatting with her because she was always kind and always present. She was herself a gift to all who encountered her. It’s a terrible loss and I can only imagine how hard it must be.
