He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Bennett and Olive Bennett (Messenger); his former wife Edith Hildebrand; his children, Pamela Jean (Peter), Carol Susan (Graham) and Bruce Norman; his wife Dorothy Sharpe of The Dalles; his siblings, Jean and Brian; his grandchildren, Andrea and Nolan; his great grandchildren, Chelsea and Maverick; his stepchildren, Cheryl (Scott) and Scott (Sally); his stepgrandchildren, Andrew (Helen) and Allison; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ashton and Natalie.
The memorial service will be private due to Covid restrictions, however it will be live streamed.
