He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Agnes (Jodi); and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his sons, Mark (Barbara) and Scott; his stepdaughters, Carol, Ronda and Mandy; and his siblings, Morris (Linda), Earl Lee (Nancy) and Karen (Paul). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
