He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rodney Rosier Sr. and Annette Franklin; and his siblings, Ronald Ottomeier and Cheryl B. Shapiro. He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Putnam; his son Bart; his wife Cindy Rosier of Albany; his children, Barton Rosier (Bart) of Medford, Cheryl (Jamie Mumm) of Beaverton and Corinna Zib of Albany; the mother of his children Brenda Rosier; his grandchildren, Alex Rosier, Dylan Mumm, Brayden Rosier and Ashlyn Mumm; and his stepchildren, Brad Samard, Danielle Samard and Matthew Samard. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
