He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Moore and Mary Lewis (Edgley); and his sister Mary Melinda. He is survived by: his wife Anita Lewis; his children, David Lewis, Richard Lewis (Heidi) and Bronwyn Lewis; and his brother Jim Lewis. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Sweet Home (1155 22nd Ave, Sweet Home, OR 97386). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lewis Cemetery.
