He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Moore and Mary Lewis (Edgley); and his sister Mary Melinda. He is survived by: his wife Anita Lewis; his children, David Lewis, Richard Lewis (Heidi) and Bronwyn Lewis; and his brother Jim Lewis. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
