He was predeceased by: his parents, Mhynard Wink and Hattie Wink (Twining); and his siblings, Donna Seigmund, Duane, Lyle, Dale, Burton and Junior Wink.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Wink of Sweet Home; his grandson Leroy James "LJ"; his children, Becky Gomez, Lisa Graham of Council Bluffs, IA, Leslie Musgrove of Halsey, OR, Paul Wink of Council Bluffs, IA, Corey Tucker of Hendersonville, TN and Ben Tucker of Albany, OR; and his siblings, Leo Wink of Lebanon, Cecil of Redmond and Shirley Ward of Aberdeen, WA.
