We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2022, at the age of 74, Judith Ann Schaffner of Sweet Home, Oregon, born in Redwood City, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Schaffner and Margaret Schaffner (Thomas Miner); and her former husband Tom. She is survived by: her husband Victor Smith (Merit Smith); her brothers, Paul Schaffner (Kate) of Eugene, OR and David Schaffner (Paula) of Arroyo Grande, CA.; and also, Lois Diehl, Mary Sortal, Lila Wood, Shirley and John Atkinson. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, and cousins.
She was an avid animal lover, and donations in her name may be directed to your local animal shelter, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
