He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brocard and Rebecca Brocard; and his wife Catherine Dunn. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Brocard Jr. (Nancy) and Karen Flickinger; and his brother Norman Brocard. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
