Backus; his grandchildren, Jasmine Hust, Kameron Pierce and Chelsie Backus Portland; his great grandchild Carson Backus; and his stepchildren, James Bradford, Jesse Rincon, Willimina and Maria Rincon. He is also survived by three nieces, two great-nieces, two great-nephews, and cousins.
