She is survived by: her children, Kristi Walker (Donny) of Sweet Home, Brian Richardson Smeltzer of Honolulu, Gary Smeltzer (Raquel) of Hillsboro and John Smeltzer of Beaverton, Oregon; her grandchildren, Kylan Walker of Sweet Home, Kami Otta of Sweet Home, Kelsi Hepler of Sweet Home, Kaeson Walker of Sweet Home, Brendan Richardson, Yumeno Richardson of Japan, Tristan Smeltzer of Hillsboro and Taylor Milburn of Beaverton, Oregon; her sister Susan Swanson (Bruce) of Plains, Montana; and her sister-in-law Carroll Palmbush of Chelan, Washington.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that the donations be made to Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House in Georgia's memory.
