He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Seiber and Frona Seiber (Russell); his wife Kay Seiber; his daughter Tami Atkinson; and his siblings, Dave Seiber, Russell Seiber and Betty Miller.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Seiber and Randy Seiber; and his brothers, Don Seiber of Oregon and Alvin Seiber of Oregon. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
