He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Kilpatrick and Willa Mae Kilpatrick (Schwinn); his daughter Danielle Terry of Washington; and his siblings, Benny of Grants Pass, Larry Kilpatrick of Grants Pass and Nancy McVeigh of Brooking.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Kilpatrick; his children, Sarah Holder (Tim) of Sweet Home, Ned Kilpatrick of Lebanon, Olivia Kilpatrick of Lebanon and Amanda Kilpatrick of Sweet Home; and his brother Perry of Grants Pass. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
