He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Easterly and Vena Easterly (Bradley); and his wife Alice Irene (George). He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Davis of San Diego, Terence Easterly of Portland, David Easterly of Spokane, Charlotte Gertson of Portland and Charles Easterly of Morgan Hill, California. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
