It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Margarete (Streppel) Launder of Sweet Home, Oregon, who passed away on May 14, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Launder; her sons, Bob Launder and Ray Launder; her son-in-law Roger Cleland; her sisters, Christa Mahler and Ute Dutton; and her grandson L. D. Leininger II.

She is survived by: her children, Ivan Launder (Margarita) of Cottonwood, CA., Mimi Cleland of Sweet Home and Ron Launder (Sandy) of Sweet Home. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 13 great-great grandchildren.

I assume as she had the same date of birth as my father Eberhard Riemer's first wife - 2.4.1925 in Naumburg, that she was married to him (8.7.1945-23.9.1948). If I'm right I'd like to know what happened to my half brother, born 1945-48?
