He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elbert Hackworth, Gwenda Hackworth, Lynn Womack, Nancy Womack and Donna Richter; and his stepmother Jan Womack.
He is survived by: his parents, Theresa Diane Womack (Hackworth) and Allen Hall; his siblings, Courtney Hankins (Cyrus), Kelsey Ciullo (Chris), Adam Womack (Heidi) and Brian Womack (Kayla); and his nieces and nephews, Wyatt of Sweet Home, Freddie of Sweet Home, Madison of Sweet Home, Tyler of Sweet Home, Lexi of Sweet Home, Jace of Sweet Home, Hunter of Sweet Home and Lucas of Sweet Home. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweet Home Funeral Chapel (1443 Long St, Sweet Home, OR 97386). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Elks Lodge in Sweet Home (440 Osage St, Sweet Home, OR 97386).
