She is survived by: her husband John Franklin Haworth; her children, Steven Haworth and Cheryl Proffitt-Schmidt (David); and her grandchildren, Tyson Haworth (Michelle), Tonya Sanchez (Brian), Taj Meadows (Katheryn), Jessica McPeak (Chris) and Quinn Proffitt (Chelsea). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
