He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Osborn and Mary Osborn; his wife Eva Jeanette Osborn; his daughter Elizabeth Ann Osborn (Bill Perrin); and his sisters, Karen Dornbush (Gene) and Peggy Stevens (Jack). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, cousins and many friends.
