He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Caswell and Esther Caswell (Green); and his brother Mike L. Caswell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. Lloyd; his sons, Jim Caswell (Marlynn) of Tacoma, WA and Wayne Caswell (Angie) of Summerville, OR; and his brother Tim Caswell (Sue) of Enterprise, OR. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 2 nieces and nephews.
