“We loved Troy as a son, good friend, and our rock. He was always there to help us or give us support during our loss of our daughter and son. Troy gave us his strength and gentle loving concerns, always dropping by "just to see how we were doing". If we happened to mention a job we needed done, Troy did it even if we said we didn't want to take advantage of his good kind heart. We miss the joy of him, his uniqueness, and know how. He could fix just about anything. Troy, we miss you. Ron/Sharon Waters”
