He is survived by: his parents, Bill Hendricks and Marge Schmidt (Hendricks); his significant other Kathy Lucas; his significant other's children, Nikki, Dustin, Tara and Stephanie; his children, Nikki, Dustin, Tara, Jared and Stephanie Winters; his grandchildren, Allison, Lacy, Maya and Aspen; his siblings, Karen Perlich (Ralph), Jeff and Craig Hendricks (Michelle); and his stepmother Eldora Hendricks. He is also survived by friends, kids, and teaching their grandkids.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Willamette Valley Hospice or Sublimity Harvest Festival.
