He was predeceased by: his spouse Murrell "Mickey" Clack (Gentry); his daughters, Kathleen Ann Clack and Julie Ann Clack Miley; and his brothers, Paul Clack, Verle Clack and Harold E. Clack.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Clack (LaRee), Harold T. Clack (Leanne) and Cayce Clack Isenberger (Roger). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
