He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Christopher Hampton (Melanie), Sandra Yribe (Leo), Angelina Hiedel (Joel) and Michael Hampton (Brenda); his stepchildren, Mike Wright and Wendy Ross (Jeff); his grandchildren, Joshua Bartels (Mackenzie), Elizabeth and Lauren Hampton; and his siblings, Herbert Hampton, Jeannie Savage and Judy McCormick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
