He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack P Burnett and Gladys L Ilg. He is survived by: his stepmother Nui (Linda); his sons, Chad Burnett, Ryan Burnett and Jacob Burnett; his stepdaughters, Catina Schmidling and Crystal McGuire; and his siblings, Denise, Courtney and Justin. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
