He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Elkins and Joyce Elkins; and his son Garry John Elkins. He is survived by: his brother Larry; his spouse Shelley; his children, Jayson (Emily) and Jessica (Dave); and his grandchildren, Garry, Jerry, Tyler (Bailey), Kayla, Devin, Ryan, Jayson, Marijane (Steven), Gunner and Gracie.
