He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Cummins and Marcella Cummins. He is survived by: his wife Ann Cummins; his children, Richard Cummins (Angie), James Cummins (Tori), Stephanie Groom (Marty), Michelle Nelson (Tim), Jeremy Powell (Cris) and Valorie Hergenreter (Russ); and his sister Loralie Cruz. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
