Though Sandra may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Rice of Oakland, Oregon.; her children, Brenda (Rob Frazier) of Hermiston, Scott Wolfard of Oakland and Tracy (Kristie Wolfard) of Florence, Oregon.; her grandsons, Cody, Danny and Dylan; and her sisters, Josephine Anderson of Cottage Grove, Sheryl Brown of Oakland and Sue Collins of Springfield. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
