She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha Thomas Jobe and Stelle May Jobe; and her sister Velma. She is survived by: her siblings, Harold, Mabel, Treva and Gladys; her husband Frank Welch; her daughter Marla Carey; and her grandchildren, Jerry, Jim, Aidan and Elyse Welch.
